What We Collect
When you send an inquiry, take the care assessment, subscribe to the newsletter, or request a facility listing, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, and the details of your request. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (anonymised usage analytics).
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and connect you with facilities you choose.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to (unsubscribe anytime).
- To set up and manage facility listings for providers.
- To improve the site through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
Who Sees Your Inquiry
- The SabaiCare team, including the care advisors we contract to follow up with you by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- The providers that run our email and database (Resend for email, Supabase for storage). They process the data on our behalf and use it for nothing else.
- A facility, only when you have asked us to contact it.
What We Don't Do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We don't pass your inquiry to any facility you haven't asked us to contact.
- We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and follow up. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by emailing hello@sabaicare.com.
